1. What is laminate flooring?
Laminate flooring is versatile, durable, attractive flooring with the appearance of a hardwood floor. Laminate flooring is made up of several materials bonded together under high pressure; it is constructed using several layers, typically four in total. Laminates floors are available in many different styles, but the most common styles seek to imitate the look of real wood flooring or other ceramic tile floors, or stone flooring.

2. What are the advantages of laminate flooring?
Laminate flooring is extremely durable (wear resistant), highly resistant to stains/ abrasions, low maintenance, and inexpensive compared to hardwood flooring. Aside from those benefits, the real advantage for laminate flooring has over other floors is the ease of installation (with the use of free-floating method and click-lock system)

3. How do I maintain and clean laminate flooring?
While laminate flooring is durable and highly resistant to stains/abrasions, it is not
indestructible. Just treat it like any hardwood flooring with a few exceptions in mind:

• Do not use soap-based detergents, abrasive cleaners, or combined “clean and shine”
  products on your laminate floor.
• Do not wax or polish your laminate flooring.
• Do not steam clean or use chemicals that may damage the laminate flooring surface.
• Do not treat or seal your laminate floor panels after they are installed.
• Never sand, lacquer, or refinish your laminate flooring surfaces.
